We process only business contact data and technical scan metadata necessary to deliver services. No tracking cookies. Data stored in EU (Hetzner, Frankfurt). Legal basis: contract (Art.6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (security). Retention 12 months for reports, 24 months for invoices (EUR). Rights: access, erasure, portability via email.
Refund Policy
All services are digital and delivered remotely. If we fail to start within SLA or deliver out-of-scope generic content, you may request refund within 7 days of delivery. Additional services under €100: refund if not started. Packages €150/€300/€400: if findings are not exploitable/verified, we retest free; if still insufficient, partial refund proportional. Currency refunds in EUR same method. Contact contact@securedatashield.com.

No liability for indirect damages; aggregate liability capped at fees paid in EUR. No onsite. Reports confidential. Governing law: Denmark, venue: Odense. Prices: €10, €20, €30, €40, €50, €75, €100, €150, €200, €300, €400 packages – all EUR incl. VAT where applicable.
